I literally took 6 pictures in the month of March. I have no idea what is wrong with me! We did have a full, busy, and fun month I do know that, but because I didn't document them with pictures I am drawing a blank.
The picture above is of my dad and Dalton at The Ohio State University arena. My home town's varsity girls' team made it to the division championship game. Jed, Dalton, and I drove from here and meet my mom and dad there. Dalton LOVED the game! He really loved all the people that came up to see just how beautiful he is! :O)
Dalton did have the beginnings of his "upper respiratory distress syndrome".... aka...my child is asthmatic but he is too little to be diagnosed. It was really difficult to see him go through this. It seemed like anytime he would run even the smallest distance he would have a hard time breathing and would start coughing and the coughing would cause him to choke. He threw up three times that day. His rescue inhaler wasn't cutting it either. We literally counted down until the next time we could give it to him.
When we took him to our doctor he was given steroids. There is nothing like a 2 year old with "roid" rage! But we got through that week. He also no takes an inhalant called QVAR twice a day. This is when we "Breath, Spit, and Brush". The medicine can cause thrush so we had to teach Dalton how to gargle and spit after. :O) It has helped so much and he hasn't used his rescue inhaler for over a month!
I turned 27 on the 10th. There were some not so great things going on that week and I was overly stressed and not really in a great mood. Some of my best, closest friends really made sure I had a great day. I received a huge "candy gram", two bouquets of flowers, cards, and even got to spend some girl time at Panera Bread for lunch. They really helped make the day a fun one. :O)
Dalton had his first double date. :O)
And my baby got strep throat for the fourth (or fifth) time. Poor guy.
And that was March in a nutshell.
