My third fondant cake. This is the most special to me. It's my Papaw Jim's 88th birthday cake. Our town was formed by Welsh settlers and so most of the people there are rich in Welsh heritage. My Papaw thought this cake was so neat. :O) I am just so happy he loved it. p.s. It is supposed to be the Welsh dragon that is on the country's flag. The colors are also the country's colors. 1/14/10
