We continued the tradition of making a numbered shirt and a birthday banner for Dalton. :O) I LOVE this tradition.
We opened this present from my mom and dad Easter weekend because Jed was going back to our house for the school week while Dalton and I stayed and played and we knew we'd have a packed car.
While at Wal-Mart Dalton freaked out over the Spider Man back pack, so we got it. How do little boys just know to love super heroes? It's crazy.
Dalton looks like such a big boy here! It makes me a little moist in the eye area.
I love using my Silhouette SD machine. I wish I had more time/money to use it ALL the time!
We love you Dalton!
The cupcake toppers were fun to make too.
Present time!
This is Dalton saying "Come on Mommy" :O)
Dalton you are such a sweetheart. We love you so much! We can't believe how smart you are. You are a total little scientist. You LOVE to test things and try to figure out how they work.
We love:
how you love to color and paint and play.
how you typically are happy as can be and will play for hours without complaint.
how you say "please and thank you" every time it's appropriate.
hearing you talk in sentences and figure out the world around you.
when you ask what things are and then listen to me tell you.
how you are so great at finding Jesus in every picture and we love your sweet prayers and the sweet reminders you give us to be thankful for some things we never give a second thought to.
how well you eat and how we can get you to try most everything.
how much you love babies. You will be a great big brother one day. :O)
how you care for "puppy" and "mouse" and all your loveys.
EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU!

Easter at Mom and Dad's house
Somehow the Easter Bunny brought Dalton THREE baskets of stuff! (One for our house, one for my Mom and Dad's house and one for my Gramma and Papaw's house...boy was he generous.
We went to the church I grew up in for Easter so that my whole side of the family could be together.
Easter Egg hunting!
Ignore the pink crocs...yes, they are pink, and yes my mom only has three grandSONS... but she couldn't find them in a boy color when she needed them. They are play shoes. :O)
