We didn't get the fixer upper house I posted about last week. We did find another house. This one has been completely refinished and we are in love with it. We put an offer in on it last night and hope to hear back soon. This one seems too good to be true, so I'm having a hard time getting my hopes up. It's only been on the market 11 days and it is priced to sell quickly. I'm sure other small families have seen this house too and we don't have a lot of wiggle room, but here is the listing for the new one.

We know if it is meant to be, it will be ours. I just really hope it is. But until we hear anything I'm just going to act like it isn't possible.
