Bath time is part of "Dalton Daddy time". Lately Dalton has been VERY interested in the potty. He wants to help when we are in there by flushing the toilet (way before it is time) and then for a week and a half in a row, right before every bath Dalton would make himself go pee pee on the towel. I would hear Jed in the bathroom saying "Stop stop stop!! Wait!" at first I thought he was trying to say it in an angry tone (which he is not good at doing-one of the million reasons I love my man!) but then he explained to me that he was just trying to get him to stop so he could get him on the potty.
So far, we haven't had any luck with actually going in the potty, but Dalton does like to practice and he tells us anytime his diaper is wet or stinky. :O)
So not fair how big he looks! Holy cow!
ReplyDeleteYea! He is on his way. This is the beginning. I say just let him keep showing interest and don't push him and before long he will be doing it all the time! What a good boy!
