This is a very common occurrence here in our home. If I am cooking or baking and Dalton isn't up on the counter top or in his high chair right at my side, he is climbing up my legs and pushing me away from the cabinets.
So, instead of teaching him it isn't ok to do that, I just let him have at the flour. I always give him a few tablespoons of flour and a dash of a couple herbs or spices. He loves to mix the "ingredients" together.
Our favorite recipe to make is out Chocolate Chip Bran Muffins. There aren't any eggs in them, for the batter is free game! It is the BEST batter EVER!
Sounds delicious! And oh my, what a cute little chef! I totally want the recipe, I was JUST telling E yesterday that I wanted to make some bran muffins!!!
