Well that's the best you can expect when you don't have the time to get pictures before church and you have a tired toddler at 1:30. Before we were out of the parking lot he was asleep.
We are just transitioning him into the nursery. I'm a Primary teacher, so I can't be in there, but Jed is available during the second hour. Dalton enjoy snack time and loved to color (he tried to steal a little boy's crayon though). Jed said he wasn't interested in singing time though. :O)
Jed had to teach a lesson the third hour, but the workers told Jed that Dalton was welcome to stay since he was so well behaved. We were told he did really well. :O)
And here is Dalton's first activity from Nursery! :O)
This is our friend, Glenn, he is like the adoptive grandfather of our good friend, Ashley. We see him every Sunday for dinner. He is a really great guy and we really love being around him. Dalton adores him,

holy cow Kera, you have been a posting girl. I loved reading all about what you've been doing.
ReplyDeletePoor Dalton, I HATE 1 o'clock church when you have little nappers. (which is why we're in a family ward. We couldn't handle ANOTHER year of 1 o'clock church)
But on the upside, isn't it nice to send them off to nursery and really be able to listen in church?
I love the picture at the top of your blog. Did you guys get family pics taken?
It's crazy that Dalton's already in nursery. Too bad we're not in the same ward, Dalton & Leila could have been in nursery for a bit together (well, they only have 1 nursery here for all the kids)- it would have been fun and he would have already known someone for the transition. Oh well...
ReplyDeleteNursery already! Wow- he is getting so old! Time seriously flies! Jackson is already 1 month tomorrow and I can not believe it!!! Cute new family picture! I wish you were here and could meet Jackson! Love you guys!
