So I'm taking Wilton Cake Decorating classes and it's been fun.
I kind of feel like most people could buy the course book and teach themselves...but I'm not most people. :O) I really have to have my hand held through the process. That's how I have always been.
Since Jed's 25th birthday was on Wednesday I used the cake for it! Thank you Jed for encouraging me to do something new and creative. It has been nice getting out of the house for 2 hours a week! Love you pumpkin pie!

That looks AWESOME! Don't worry, I totally need my hand held through things like that. I think my in-laws think its funny. I like to watch someone else do it or tell me exactly what to do. Then after I get that, then I will play with it and make it my own.
