FRIDAY
Jed got an hour early dismissal at work on Friday. It was so nice out and I really wanted to spend some time together our of the house and Jed, my mom, and my grandma don't really want me and Dalton out by ourselves (yes in the middle of the day) alone. You know, I'm ok with that. I'm a pretty paranoid person now that I have Dalton. So back to the story.... Of course
Jed agreed to the walk and off we went! It was so nice to enjoy the sun shine and cool air. AND of course I had to take a few pictures of Dalton.
SATURDAY Anya had her 4th birthday party on Saturday! It was lots of fun! Dalton had a great time staying under the tree with me for all but 5 or 10 min (not pictured, of course, because Jed doesn't remember to take pictures unless I remind him to, and let's face it....I'd rather be behind the camera...but makes for lots of pictures of fun things he does with everyone else.) :O) Dalton also enjoyed Aunt Lindsay holding him. HAPPY BIRTHDAY SWEET ANYA!
SUNDAY Dalton thinks he is such a big boy when he and Daddy do Superman! It's seriously his favorite things right now!I was in the bedroom changing after church and I heard Jed talking to Dalton. About how he had finally found the perfect cape! (Dalton's Lovey... his taggy blankie) And he was acting out how there were some criminals and SUPER D came to the rescue.
It was so cute! Jed was "flying" Dalton and was talking about how criminals would stop dead in their tracks when they get a glimpse of SUPER D because he is so adorable... then he continued to say "And if somehow they get past his good looks, the smell of his diappy will stop 'em!! :O)
I love my boys so much! Dalton loves his Daddy so much! I'm so thankful to have these two in my life!
It's funny how life changes when you have a baby. I can't believe how much more of a homebody I am (
I love the pictures. And I understand about the homebody. That is me for sure. You are a great mom Kera!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm a homebody when I'm allowed to be... LOL! Love the photos. Jed was too busy playing with the kids to take photos anyhow.. LOL! I love our men and their fun, playful, loving natures.
ReplyDeleteNo Kera, You are so wrong.... Dalton is not just so dang cute he is totally cute, and amazing. I just got caught up on all the pictures and videos. All it did was make me so much more miss you all. I can't pick a favorite picture so you will just have to decide for me. I do know that I want a picture like a 5x7 of the one of Jed and Dalton on the couch looking at each other. I've tried making the little one you sent me bigger and it just gets grainy. So I hope you can. No frames needed just pictures...
