Lisa also treated us, Jon and Heidi, and Jim to the Forgotten Carols.....WOW what a moving experience. I cried a lot!...partially because of being pregnant but I know I would have cried a lot anyway. It was so good to start out the Christmas season with a musical that reminds you what Christmas is all about. Sorry no pictures. :O)
BABY NEWS
We are 18 weeks and counting! We had our appointment yesterday. I have finally gained a pound! It's so weird to be excited to gain weight, but it feels good to know I have to be getting the baby more now. The heart beat was 150 and everything seemed great. I did get talked to about my lack of food choices though. It always feels bad when a doctor tells you that you are doing something wrong. It's really been tough... almost everything I eat is raw fruits and veggies. They are literally the only thing that settles well. So we are going to start working on eating more meat and dairy. He was pleased with my lack of wanting sweets or fried foods. :O) NEXT WEEK....THURSDAY.... We find out what we are having! We can HARDLY STAND IT!!! We won't write on here what we are having until after Saturday though. We didn't get to see the look on my family's faces when we told them we were pregnant so we want to tell them once we are there for Christmas break. The post will come though!
Also I will be finished with school the first week of February!!! YAY!!! I can not wait to get out of school!
And LAST but not LEAST.... I'm signing up to sell SCENTSY tomorrow! So from now on if any of you would like Scentsy PLEASE contact me! I'll have my own website where you can view the catalog and even place an order online. I'll also have catalogs too!
Thanks everyone for reading! We love you all and are so thankful for such good friends!

I am glad you found your blog. Congrats on expecting your first. It is so exciting. My first doctor I had gave me a huge lecture on food and eating more and needing to gain more weight. My next appointment I gained two pounds and he got after me for gaining two pounds...I will never forget his face when he said, "Do you think your baby gained two pounds or you." I was so mad. Funny thing is no one cares anymore and all the babies (so far) turned out okay! You are almost twenty weeks? Are you going to find out the sex of the baby?
